As a Developer I want to authenticate using my [GitHub] credentials In order to access Backstage

Acceptance:

Deploy an instance of Keycloak to [namespace?] using OLM
Configure a realm for OpenShift integration
OAuth client for the integration
Backstage configuration?

Note: In additional to the linked PR #18, there is a second PR #5 against the assemble-backstage repo. These two PRs work together to complete the story.
