Improve the website documentation page #263

What do you want to improve?

The current documentation page at the Janus website is marked WIP, however there's already a lot of great and relevant documentation in several places.

What is the current behavior?

Users must know that the good documentation is here

Currently some of the backstage-plugins READMEs are already added to the website at https://janus-idp.io/plugins

Closing as https://janus-idp.io/docs/intro is unlikely to be the home for plugin documentation in future.
