New true/false metadata fields are always added as false

Since the latest release, new true/false metadata field are always set to flase, even if the box is checked in the inital input.

To reproduce:

create a new SP entity
edit the new entity and go to the metatdata tab
in one of the metadata SELECTs, choose (e.g.) coin:is_provision_sp
check the checkbox that appears
save
go back to the metadata and observer that the new metadata field is added, but set to false
