Messed up display when editing user's permissions

To reproduce:

Go to admin tab.
Press "edit" on any user.
Press "x" behind "technical".
/All/ users get a string "technical" added to their row, even the user you're just removing it from.

Pressing "save" does however save the correct data, so it's not a high priority bug.
