Why is "Connection ID" wrapped?
Revision Note has no colon after it.
Why do the input fields have pencils after them? Even when the fields are perfectly editable in Test mode. If fields are editable, why not make them editable? I can imagine this is some sort of protection against accidentally editing the entity id in production (though why also the notes?). Should this be the case I would expect the UI to reflect these semantics by showing a 'lock' that can be unlocked.
