[REVIEW] Pass error message from SimpleSAML SAML Parser to user. #529

When a parse error occurs, it's useful to know what in the XML caused the problem.

Not really a clean solution, but the existing code also seems a bit ad hoc and I found no good way to pass this information around in a better manner.

Fixes #518
