Not possible to exclude ARP changes when updating from XML metadata #583

When importing XML metadata in Janus, it is possible to exclude updates to the metadata. Updates to the ARP or Whitelist/Blacklist, however, cannot be excluded: screen shot 2015-06-26 at 15 28 25

Please also add exclusion tickboxes for those entries.
