Plugins Repo #3

Wouldn't it be better to have a separate chain-img plugins repository? That way you could collect all custom ones people made and it would be easier for others to do a pull request. I already coded a GFPGAN Plugin but I'm not creating an extra repo for it.

Not sure it's a good idea, because different plugins needs different requirements. Also I don't want to manage all of them, and answering questions about.

You can send plugin here, there will be list of external user plugins: https://github.com/janvarev/chain-img-processor/issues/1 - if you don't want to make extra repo, just place it somewhere on Gist and place just a link here.
