Generate GUI skeleton and style file #1

We don't want to have the layout and the style in the python code. .ui file (analogous to html) defines the skeleton of the controls, .qss (analogous to css) defines the style. The style can be tuned later. In this step we need functional UI. We may beatify it later.

consider using Qt Designer

Note - Nuitka-built executable is considered harmful by Windows Defender. Removing pyqtgraph does not help.
