optie om drive-volgorde te wijzigen #13

keuze voor driveletter volgorde aan te passen
dmv, keuze voor echte drive eerst, 
dan de virtuele drives aangemaakt met nwhostapp,
of eerst de virtuele drives aangemaakt met nwhostapp en dan de echte drives

Gezien nu steeds de romdisk inlaad als er niks ingeladen is in de Cartridge, in 
plaats van rechtstreeks de diskette in te laden.

We should probably implement a nwhostapp option to prevent booting from romdisk 
when no image is selected. This way the user can boot from the internal disk 
drive without having to remove the nowind interface.

Also, a commandline option might be added to prevent booting the inserted disk, 
as good to have when copying disk images that boot from boot-sector to real 
disk.

After some discussion we think we will solvve this by implemention a sort-of 
BIOS/startup-menu in which the user can choose to enabled romdisk and physical 
disk boot or not.
