Allow options to show different maps #62

I'm trying to remember how much of this is stretch-goal enhancements. Am I interpreting this correctly as options within the map visualization? Or is it separate instances called from the device? Or are we totally not doing this anymore?

Fahad wanted this done. We can do this this week. We'll talk on Wednesday.

Quick thought on this. Would it be handy to have the different data points open up (refresh) a new map view? At the moment the viz is abstracted from what the data is and merely represents the percentile distribution (the data input) as a heat map. This can be done with any data given, and it's much cleaner to just report these percentages by region than hold multiple sets of data at a time and tab through them (which would refresh the map anyway).

Does that make sense? If the map viz just gets percentiles per region, the data display is streamlined.
