Functionality of Editing Template is Not Yet Complete #181

The add, remove, and cancel buttons on edit_template are not yet functional.

I'm not really sure what the priority is on this, but let's discuss that here. : )

Lower priority than the rest of the commission functionality, but it is a fundamental part of the mechanic, so I'll try to put some time into that JS this weekend.

Add/remove buttons now functional (though the form submission doesn't see them yet). Cancel button should be a simple redirect. Either way, all listed and noted in the page issue: #222
