Make sure homepage images tile correctly on Windows browsers

Checked out the front page on my machine, and I think it's doing what you want at this point? The paragraph tags move around responsively, but I think there are image files that aren't being grabbed from the server due to failing src attributes.

Consulted @japacible on it, so she can probably translate the observations into useful direction.

It looks good on Windows. We'll be getting rid of images once commissions is completed, so don't worry about that.

Ah, I'm just getting to this. Yep, it looks good! Thanks, @quanc, for working on this! I can't wait to see what it looks like when the images are served! : )
