Viewing Commissions Refreshing? #230

So... I have no idea what happened, but for some reason when I try accessing the review page for a commission, the first time it loads, com-req ( the panel that lists the steps and the choices the commissioner made) isn't being rendered on either commissioner or artist side. I tried reverting all the commits today that @Bejoty and I have made, but it seems to have not made a difference... any ideas?
