@prosper20 asks me to create a new Jira project for the Japahub Backend team. I've checked how Jira works for such operations and found that it has some critical limitations such as not being able to control the role of people in an organization (for a free plan of cause). So, I'm looking for another option: Github Project.
Decision Drivers
Jira has limitations on a free plan
Not able to control the role of people in a project: they can view or do anything in the project.
Limited to 10 people: we have to split the team into 2 accounts or more.
Considered Options
Go with Jira
I have to create a new email and Jira account to manage the Japahub Backend project.
We might have to migrate project data in the future.
We still can't control user permission (everyone will be admin).
Go with the GitHub Project.
I have just created a project for Japahub Backend!
The task in the project can be set as issues in the repository.
GitHub free plan allows us to create unlimited projects and unlimited users in the project.
