Massunban Stops at 1000 #20

@snap80000 recently discord decided to limit the number of bans bots receive in a single request to 1000. This is a discord restriction/limitation, can't really do much on my end but I'll still look onto it once later, keeping this issue open till then.

hello @snap80000 the ban limit was increased earlier today, make sure to update your cog :)
