Highlight search results #8

Reverse video works, just like in Gomacs, or optionally underline (doesn't work on all terminals). Will have to be a novel solution as we do not have the same highlighter as Gomacs.

I'm thinking I do it at the end of the render code, when we place the cursor, because iirc the search code moves the cursor about. At the cursor, if we're searching, redraw the search result in reverse video.
