[ ] My ARM board is sort of broken right now (a gcc upgrade killed paludis (the package manager)). Have to fix that to get the ARM cargo builder online again.
[x] ~~Figure out what went wrong with the rust cross-bootstrapping builder.~~ It's working now. I have re-enabled the cron job.

Current cargo nightly is too old to bootstrap on ARM :-/. I'll have to cross compile a new cargo nightly. cc #12
