deprecate this crate #131

in favor of the stm32f1xx-hal crate. The latter supports (or will eventually support) the f1 family rather than just a single microcontroler (f103). Also, it compiles on stable while this crate doesn't.

This crates compiles in stable. But seems logic to deprecate this crate in favor of stm32f1xx-hal.
