What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using the default extrapack mq4 weathericons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

low resolution , low quality weather animations

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
eden 11 xbmc  , w7 64bit sp1 ultimate and the latest mq4 it autupdates as usual

Please provide any additional information below.
