What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add add-on by zip file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the skin has been installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Frodo Beta 3 (compile on 2012-12-09) for Mac x64 intel snow leopard
