Add favorite to My Menu causes crash when selected #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Rename My Menu - Live TV
2.  Add favorite shortcut (shortcut I'm adding is a CNBC live stream)
3.  Exit out of changes
4.  Select shortcut

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stream should start.  XBMC crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC Frodo RC2 - Aeon MQ 4 2.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

The same favorite works without issue if I add the same shortcut to a sub-menu, 
i.e. in the sub-menu of TV Shows.
Application shortcuts added to the renamed My Menu work fine, i.e. I have also 
added the BBC Iplay addon to the MY Menu directly, and this works as expected.
