Shutdown Timer Shuts down computer when it is set to quit #344

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.System->Power Saving->Shutdown Function->Quit
2.Set timer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to quit XBMC. What I saw is the computer shutting down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1
XBMC 12.2 GIT-20130502-32B1A5E
Aeon MQ4 3.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Fresh XBMC 12.2 install. Only skin installed (MQ4) except default (Confluence). 
Shutdown timer functions normally when using Confluence skin. 
This is a shared database installation using MySQL 5.5.30
Only 1 Add on installed (MLBMC).
This happens from the basic MQ4 install, no customization or anything done.

If you need more info please let me know.
