Reserve fanart - TV Shows/Episodes view #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to TV Shows
2. Select a show
3. Go to episodes list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If reserve fanart is selected, it disappears and is replaced by the default 
fanart when you get down to episodes view.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aeon MQ4 3.0.0, XBMC 12.1, Mac OSX 10.7.x

Please provide any additional information below.

Bug also occurs in Season view.
