Server debug message connected user off by one #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect a client to the server
2. UI prompts with dialog with userid (ie, user 0)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Server prints "Sent user id = 1"

Should read "Send user id = 0"

Fixed. 

You were incrementing the counter before printing.
