Changes

added archive db to db.py
added archive models to loggers/models.py
added archiving functions with loggers/archive.py
added CLI option archive

actually, its freezing at the command line for some reason, ill look through again tonight

okay, this works now from the command line. its very very very slow, I don't think i am using peewee effectively here. I will make some changes and let you know.
