Add bioarchive as a canto classifier for S. japonicus #100

Probably I should put this on the Canto tracker.

Note to self, I triaged one as other- reclassify so it doesn't get lost

can also add the protein feature news item, maybe with oar2 as an example gene?

I've added bioarchive as a triage option to JaponicusDB.

That's done and will be visible on Saturday morning.

Hi @snezhkaoliferenko , there is now a BioXiv tirage option in JaponicusDB Canto. Use this for preprints because even though they have a PMID we don't curate at present (because we don't have a way to transfer the annotations over to the published version). I also triaged and sent one curation session out (to Ida) so keep a lookout for that. v

ps: this whole some preprints get it some don't PMIDing is just confusing.

It's annoying for us.  Two PubMed IDs for the same author/title ...and it distorts the stats. It might be better if they kept the same PubMed ID probably. It even seems to confuse PubMed , we have had all manner of problems!
