GO xref entry #46

Create PRs to add JaponicusDB details to the GO xref collection.

I have all the details we need for the groups and db-xrefs entries, which are the critical ones.

It's not as important to add any users, especially not before Release, but the option is there (we'd have to decide whom to include).

I created https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/pull/1724 and https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/pull/1725 using http URLs; we can do new PRs to change URLs to https whenever.

The changes aren't merged at the GO end.

Val merged them yesterday. Seth had a question-ish comment on one of them, but I think it can be handled there.
