since we have a news item for japonicus

"Documentation specific for JaponicusDB is under development. In the meantime, you can find lots of relevant information in the PomBase documentation, especially the FAQ and the “Quick start” guide to PomBase JBrowse. We also recommend this guide to PomBase, published as a Methods in Molecular Biology book chapter."

MAybe we should also have a news item to say the japonicus specific documentation is now available too?

Note that @snezhkaoliferenko has been asked to link to protocols and reviews so maybe we should wait until that is done (via an FAQ), before adding this item, then we can spotlight the protocols FAQ
