CDS & exon coordinates #85

Do we plan to spawn japonicus files equivalent to the pombe CDS coordinates and exon coordinates? If so, can they be put in directories that mirror the pombase placement, i.e.

www.japonicusdb.org/data/genome_sequence_and_features/CDS_Coordinates/ and www.japonicusdb.org/data/genome_sequence_and_features/Exon_Coordinates/

(In the meantime, I've flagged both links as pombase-only in genome-datasets.md.)

@ValWood are these useful enough to create for japonicus?

I guess if they can be auto-generated yes. I'm not sure who uses them for fission yeast but I think we have had occasional requests for them. @snezhkaoliferenko I guess people might like these for making research tools.
