These would be for testing. Configured from config.yml probably

I'm not sure how to interpret this ticket. Is it that such resources exist, and that is a problem? There shouldn't be many resource files in the harvesting layer that weren't fetched from OpenData, and all the ones I can imagine would be from very early on. The DH might be an exception, given the manual intervention it sometimes got, but I just checked 0.9 and 1.1 and the current resources do appear to be represented in OpenData.

They are for my own testing purposes only. I've change the issue title to be a bit clearer.
