Line endings should be just newline #4

I recently cloned your pseudoscheme repo on github. I'm having a bit of trouble because many files appear to have DOS line endings in the Git repo. Normally, Git stores the files in Unix format, just newlines, and translates to local line endings on checkout and commit. Anyway, I think the right thing is to re-import the files.

Fixed in https://github.com/jar398/pseudoscheme/commit/3593302791c90bfd391f69f04dd2f2788d1e0bf0 I believe the CRs were needed long ago on one of the target platforms, perhaps VAX LISP on VMS. I'm going to assume that any platform that cared does not exist any more.
