Multiple frequencies for one channel #20

Would be really good to support multiple frequencies for the same channel rather than having the 1-1 mapping.

Implemented in latest version of code.

Will accept a) Multiple frequencies defined in the channel name, topic or description b) Multiple stations from the database with the same ID but different frequencies.

A side effect is that Lat/Lon pairs now require N/S and E/W prefixes rather than the optional minus sign
