Better handling of incomplete configuration #46

Let the user know that the plugin needs to be configured before it will work.

  1. Text in the window saying "not configured"
  2. Just don't move if there's no configuration

Not sure this is valid... the signal that I'd assumed said that the system was unconfigured doesn't work the way I expected it to...
