Destination list after full refresh from netlogs #5

After a full refresh from the netlogs, the Destination list has the source list appended to it.

This leads to duplication of the lists.

Appears that the content of the Source combo dropdown is cleared then determined, and then appended to the Destination combo dropdown.

Fixed by clearing the destination before appending a clone of the source.
