No license information #4

We're interested in evaluating the software, but can't find licensing information anywhere. If you really want this to be open source, please attach a license to it. Best would be a combination of:

Either one will do in a pinch, but both are best.

But we (at Disney Animation) cannot even establish an evaluation of the software without some kind of indication of copyright/licensing.

I have added one that is based on Django's license.

Thanks. Basically a modified BSD which is perfectly acceptable.
