Should provide list of items before asking for delete index

For convenience, instead of 'delete /meal [index]' being required as a single line input, should display the list of meals when 'delete /meal' is entered, then prompt for the index of meal they wish to delete.

This makes it clearer which indexes are valid input, and doesn't require user to use the list command beforehand and remember which index it was they wanted to delete.
