Keep the configs available and up-to-date in one place. #154

As we all know, almost everyone has 1v1-3v3 and fresh configs on their server. 
It it however hard to keep track of all the configs, especially when confogl is 
redistributed with only its own regular config.

Right now there is a confusion about what to use, ProdigySim has fresh 0.8 on 
his page, confogl-addons has 1.1 but some required plugins arn't there, some 
configs arn't even updated (though there is a new version which i found 
elsewhere).

Why all this mess? Why not keep the addons updated and in one place, so we 
don't have to download 1v1-3v3 in one place, hunter configs in other place, 
fresh configs from third place etc.
