Another alternate to this would be to find a way to make the round restarts 
work 
correctly like in L4D1.  Also, if I remember correctly, during a re-ready, the 
second 
infected team is actually able to set up their attack during the ready-up phase 
so they 
survivors can't rush out like they normally can if they are survivor first.

I talked with Downtown about this.

I don't know what exactly we reach agreement on, but the 
versus_force_start_time cvar
can prevent the round from start / director open the checkpoint door.

On the other hand I can't remember if ready up offers any forwards to check 
when all
players have readied up. Otherwise we could just set the cvar and force the 
versus to
start when people is ready.

This may not be related to the issue, but I think that infected should be able 
to move 
before they say ready so they can set up the first attack.
