Insurgency.smx Error #13

I have the lastest stable branch of both sm and mm as well as a fresh install of the plugin but I am getting an error on the insurgency support library plugin.

Did you download the translation and gamedata files as well? "It works here", but if you can tell me your SM version info, and how you installed it, I can look into it.

Also, this may be the same smjansson error noted in #11 - The upcoming 1.3.1 release removes that extension dependency, which I had not noted in the docs.
