Inaccurate release date for puma #35

We're using puma v6.4.0 which is less than a year old. However libyear-bundler is reflecting the release year as 1980.

Did a quick investigation. The behaviour is correct in this gem, that is the rubygems that returns 1980 for some reason 🤷.
