User Story/Feature Description As a Professor, I want to be able to set a start and end time for any project I create.

Task Description We will be implementing a professor portal where professors can create, modify, and delete projects. As part of the project creation process, professors will be required to add meeting times (start/end) to their project. The task here is to find (or create from scratch) a Time Picker Component for our application that is both aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-use for our end-users.
