allow notifications to be displayed in DND (e.g. screen sharing) #179

In the times of a pandemic, we use a lot of zoom meetings. It so happens, we also share our screens a lot. Some notifications should be displayed regardless of the ObjectiveC do not disturb state.

This adds the option to ignore that state and display the notification anyway.
