v8.0.0 Update #17

Originally intended to add a voice channel votekick following the v7 update (#15) and push the bot into v7.1, this PR ran overtime such that Discord.js v12 was released. Consequently, v8 not only adds the votekick function but also fully updates the bo and rebalances the economy.

Ready for merge; currently looking into a possible bug in the blackjack module.
