As a user I will be able to access any page from one another using a navbar at the top with our logo on it. A footer graphic if desired.
Acceptance Criteria: A hyperlink to any pages that would need to be accessed from the home page on the navbar. Our logo in one of the corners as well as a sign out button (maybe?). And a footer with footer things on it. (literally maybe 15 minutes of work)
