Hello :)

This PR adds my GitHub repo that contains all kinds of information on reverse engineering proprietary car components. The main aspect would be to provide and share parts of the proprietary CAN matrix of two car models. I've reversed this information myself and provided information on how specific CAN packets have to be structured in order to cause a certain effect.

Sorry for the delay @ps1337! That looks great. One nitpick: could you add the new Misc. section to the Table of Contents at the top of the README in the same way the other sections are there?

Once you do that, I will merge. :)
