added updated shortcuts to index.html file, need to do the same for the readme.md file

does this issue include adding $x - command line api for xpath selector?

and adding the date / chrome version of last update? because it's top result for me on https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+inspector+cheat+sheet, but I cannot use it if it wasn't updated since 2014 :(
