EarthRot not working on Samsung Galaxy 3 #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install from android market version 1.3.9
2. Wallpaper doesn't change. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
>> Earth live wallpaper to appear on the screen. Instead the nothing changed on 
the screen. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
>>Android 2.1-update1

Build Number ?
>>ECLAIR.DDJG6

Kernel version
>>2.6.29

hi  i m using samsung galaxy 3 ver 2.1 andriod but when i installed live 
wallpaper from market & when i open, the msg display that this is not supported 
on this headset.
if u have any solution for that then plz contact on my this email id
