Moon doesn't get shadows in Realtime-Map-mode #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select Map -> Realtime Earth+Clouds
2. activate Orbiting moon
3. activate Static lightmap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect the moon to be shadowed as with any other Map. Instead the moon 
is bright from all sides.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Earth Live Wallpaper 1.3.1 on Google Nexus One (Android 2.1-update1)

yeah, i saw that, but it's quite hard to fix :( i'm working on it.
