Slide globe does nothing #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try all combinations of Slide globe
2. Rotate the device
3. The globe reorients to the device, and doesn't stay fixed. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
globe Doesn't rotate, and doesn't stay fixed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jelly bean. current version of app as of this date.

globe shouldn't reorient to device, and should stay fixed.
